VoltBridge Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VoltBridge platform (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

VoltBridge is a B2B directory connecting buyers and suppliers in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. Our Platform compiles company data from public sources and AI tools to create supplier profiles. Key points include:

• Directory Function: Our Platform provides an online directory of EV companies. Suppliers can create or claim detailed profiles (including company info, products, and contact details), and buyers can search and browse those profiles.
• AI and Data Sources: We may use AI and automated tools to gather and verify public business information for these profiles. However, we do not guarantee the data is error-free.
• No Transactions: VoltBridge only provides the Platform and directory services; we are not a party to any contracts or transactions between buyers and suppliers. Any deals or agreements are made directly between the buyer and supplier.

3. User Registration and Accounts

To use certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (such as your company and role).
• Keep your password and account credentials secure.
• Notify VoltBridge immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use the Platform in a lawful and responsible manner. In particular, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Send unsolicited messages or spam to other users.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or privacy.
• Upload private personal data of others without consent.

5. User Content and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for any content they contribute (such as company profile information, images, and documents). By posting content to the Platform, you grant VoltBridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for Platform operations. You retain ownership of your content and may edit your company profile at any time.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit all content you provide.
• All information in your profile is accurate and not misleading.
• Your content does not violate laws or the rights of others.

VoltBridge is not responsible for verifying user-provided content or publicly available data. You should verify any important information with companies directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform (including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks) are the property of VoltBridge or its licensors. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any VoltBridge intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

VoltBridge respects your privacy and collects only business-related information necessary to operate our directory (for example, company descriptions, product listings, and business contact information). We do not use cookies or other tracking to collect personal user data. Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we handle all data.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." VoltBridge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In particular:

• No Warranty: We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Data Accuracy: Company listings may be outdated or contain errors. We strive to verify information, but inaccuracies can occur, especially for unverified profiles. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
• No Endorsement: Any links or references to other websites or services are provided for convenience only, and VoltBridge makes no representations about them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltBridge and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Platform. In any case, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) to use the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoltBridge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

VoltBridge may suspend or terminate your access and account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or threaten the integrity of the Platform. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Platform ends, and we may delete your profile and content. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. EU and California Privacy Rights

If you are an EU/EEA resident, you have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal data we collect, to delete personal data, and to opt out of its sale. 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and notify users of material changes by email or via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Effective Date indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
