Pricing and Subscription Terms

Pricing for the paid plan on the Voltbridge platform (thevoltbridge.com), operated by Voltbridge Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62099PN2024PTC230786), registered office SH No 7, Ganalaxmi, Heritage 262, Nana Peth, Swargate, Pune City, Pune – 411042, Maharashtra, India. These terms supplement our Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Plan and price

Voltbridge offers a single paid subscription plan for suppliers:

The price is in Indian Rupees (₹) and is the total amount payable. Paid plans are currently available to suppliers based in India.

2. Taxes / GST

Voltbridge is not currently GST-registered, so the price shown is the total payable and no GST is charged. If and when Voltbridge becomes GST-registered, applicable GST will be added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice, and the GSTIN will be displayed here.

3. Auto-renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each quarter at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. When you subscribe, you authorise us, through our payment partner Razorpay, to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal.

4. Recurring payments and RBI e-mandate

Recurring charges are processed under an e-mandate registered through Razorpay in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) rules for recurring transactions. You will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each automatic charge, stating the amount and date. Transactions above the RBI threshold (currently ₹15,000 per transaction, subject to RBI changes) require additional authentication each time. You can pause, modify, or cancel the mandate at any time via your account or through your bank or Razorpay; cancelling stops future automatic debits.

5. Changes to pricing

We may change the price or plan features prospectively. Changes do not affect the term you have already paid for. Where a change affects your renewal price, the pre-debit notification will reflect the new amount before you are charged, and you may cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid term. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Currency, payment methods, and invoices

Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods Razorpay supports). A receipt or invoice is issued for each successful payment to your registered email.
