SNV Stamping Solutions Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified motor lamination and sheet metal stamping company in Bengaluru, India. We manufacture stator and rotor laminations, lamination stacks and rotor shafts for EV motors, BLDC motors, automotive starter and door motors, industrial, robotics, drone, defence, irrigation pump and home appliance motors. Our press shop runs a Yadon 220T J76 high-speed press line (1900 x 950 mm bed, double-plunger design for tool parallelism and accuracy) with a Yaskawa servo feeder handling strip up to 400 mm wide and 0.2 to 1.0 mm thick, plus a quick die change system, a 40T hydraulic press for secondary operations and an Ace Micromatic Super Jobber 500 LM CNC lathe for in-house rotor shafts. Progressive tooling with in-die auto stacking, auto skewing and separate cams for rotor and stator gives different stack heights easily. Laminations are stamped from CRNO silicon steel (50C1300 to 50C330 or equivalent) or CRCA per customer spec, with burr within 0.02 mm and stacking factor of 97 to 98 percent. Rotor shafts hold 10 to 15 micron dimensional accuracy and 30 micron concentricity. Stator and rotor prototypes are offered. Founded by engineers from Toyota Kirloskar Motor and Bosch, SNV brings OEM-grade manufacturing discipline to localise motor lamination supply for Indian and global EV OEMs and Tier-1s.
