SRJ Forge India is a newly formed forging unit (2023) under Jaypee’s umbrella, based in Haryana. It specializes in closed-die forging and machining of differential cases, pinions and heavy gears for CV and off-highway vehicles. The Palwal plant focuses on high-precision forging and CNC machining processes with in-house heat treatment. Takshi Auto Components (Pune) is an automotive supplier founded in 2003 that manufactures precision axle systems and differential cases.
